Info on proposed Habitat for Humanity house project

The Stow Municipal Affordable Housing Trust (SMAHT) and Habitat for Humanity are proposing to build a small duplex house on Stow town property at the corner of Sudbury and Pine Point Roads. There have been articles with more details about this in the Stow Independent Feb 22 and Mar 29, 2017 issues.

The next meetings on this project are:

Habitat Local Project Committee – Tuesday, Apr 4 at 7:00 pm at Randall Library

SMAHT – Wednesday, Apr 5 at 7:00 pm at Stow town building

You are welcome to comment and/or volunteer to participate.

There will also be an on-site neighborhood meeting to be held Saturday, April 15th at 10 am for further discussion.

You can see a map of the lot here and a presentation on the project here.

  1. No, but that’s a neat idea. Dave Gray (grayscale@earthlink.net) and Dan Nicholson (dan_nick@hotmail.com) are two Lake Boon Association officers who are also sailboat owners and might be interested in helping get something together.
