Stow’s climate change plans are focus of 11/16 Sustainable Stow/Randall Library talk

Stow has established a Green Advisory Committee to help the town plan for climate change. A major focus of the committee is the creation of a Climate Action Plan. The plan will identify actions the town will take over the next eight years to enable Stow to meet the state’s 2030 greenhouse gas reduction targets. These actions require participation from the entire town as well as state and federal support.

On November 16 at 7 p.m., Sustainable Stow and Randall Library are hosting the Green Advisory Committee at their monthly series of talks on Zoom. The meeting offers an overview of the committee, its work, and the key challenges. Presenters will also ask for your input at the meeting and through a survey on town climate actions.
